We are looking to add a valuable marketing graduate to this winning team.  The ideal candidate will have an hons degree (2:1 or above) in marketing or other relevant subject.  They must have at least one year experience in the sector and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to success within this career path.

The main emphasis in this role is on creating and implementing marketing plans and strategies to drive consumers to Xltec Solutions.  Furthermore, managing all social media and online video accounts providing qualitative outputs.  We are looking for someone who is creative, forward thinking and driven.

Duties will include:

• Planning and co-ordinating various marketing initiatives and programmes.
• Research feedback from consumers and clients to develop and improve current procedures.
• Integrate with core team, ensuring consistency and shared objectives are met.
• Maximise advertising opportunities and client relationships, both on and offline.
• Managing social media and online video accounts, focus on digital marketing as well as traditional methods.

Skills and Knowledge Required

·         Strong project management skills.

·         Engaged in all forms of online communication, blogging and have a thorough web understanding.

·         Awareness of online media formats.

·         Confidence in management of social media and obtaining optimum results.

·         Up to date on current online media topics.

·         Cohesion of industry knowledge.

·         Digital and online video technology understanding.

·         Strong all round marketing, retail and sales background.

·         Experience of Google Analytics & similar results measurement tools.
