99 UK Exploration Licences held back

The Uk have granted 144 new licences, but they have held back 99. May be a sign that things aren't going to be as easy as they were in the wake of Macondo.   Link here

East Timor Drilling to commence

6 weeks early, the moratorium is over. Hopefully things will pick up nice and quickly.   Nice to have some good news about the whole Macondo mess.
