How we do it 

How We Do ItWhen you advertise a position with us, our experienced consultants will spend time with you to get a firm grasp of your essential requirements for the post. We will identify the main duties and responsibilities, the ideal skills, experience, financial package, qualifications and even the personality/mentality of the person you want.

We will then contact all of the relevant candidates on our database, as well as posting your vacancy (free of charge) on our website, plus at least two additional job boards (again free of charge).

Once we have attracted candidates to your position, we then make sure that every one has been screened to clarify their suitability. Each candidate will have been both interviewed and referenced prior to their details being submitted. This will increase the quality of candidates you receive and more importantly, make sure we don't waste any of your valuable time on unsuitable candidates.

Replacement Guarantee 

We realise that one of the biggest issues that clients have with agencies is cost!! It is for this reason that in the event of your new employee leaving your business within the first six months, for any reason, we will offer a replacement candidate without charge.

We are sure you will have had experiences in the past in which a candidate may have lasted only a matter of weeks rather than months. Yet when you return to the agency for a replacement, they will usually try to charge you again (most probably the full fee).

We as a company are honest enough to admit, that on occasions, some people just don't work out. This can be due to a multitude of reasons and importantly, these reasons are normally outside your control. Therefore we won't try and exploit the situation. We'll only help you to resolve it.

Pay Rolling & Invoicing 

Our accounts department has the flexibility to pay candidates weekly, fortnightly, or monthly by BACS transfer.

We also work in partnership with a number of umbrella companies to offer our candidates a more tax-efficient method of payment. This result's in an increase in take home pay per week for our temporary and contract staff.

We process invoices on a weekly basis and payment terms can be tailored to your company's needs.
