When you are working for Xltec Recruitment on a temporary basis, you will be required to fill in a weekly timesheet. On receipt of this timesheet our accounts department will carry out all necessary checks prior to making payment.
In order for them to carry out these checks, it is essential that we receive timesheets no later than Monday afternoon at 5pm. Candidates are fully responsible for getting timesheets to us within the parameters set.
There are three options available to both clients and candidates to submit timesheets: Online, Post and Fax. Failure you to do so may delay your payment.
To avoid getting "emergency taxed", we must have either a P45 or P46 when we are processing you first wage. If you are still awaiting a P45 then please download a P46, fill it in and sent it with your timesheet.
